·The teacher should make the video recording lessons interesting, lively and fun.
·Teachers should be more creative especially for beginner’s lessons.
Duties and Responsibilities for Online Class:
·Deliver one-on-one or group classes.
·Teachers should make the class lively and interesting.
·Providing feedback(反馈) on every lesson is a part of teachers’ work.
Payment and Benefits:
For VIDEO CLASS RECORDINGS 30-50 USD per hour.
For ONLINE CLASSES 15 USD per hour or 7.5 USD per 30 minutes.
