Before I went to the British Koi Keepers Annual Show, I didn’t understand 1. people could take fish so seriously. However, the more I learned about koi, the more interested became. Part of the appeal of this new trend is surely that a meal taken alone is like a little holiday from the busyness of modern life, in which we have so much to do all the time.
