Last Saturday, my friends and me went to climb the West Mountain. While climb, we enjoyed the sunny weather and a beautiful view. We were very delighted reach the top without much time or effort. If you work hard to have a positive attitude, you might be surprised by how much better you feel about yourself and life in general. 1. The less stress you feel, the better you will feel generally.
