Bill Gates was born on October 28, 1955. He grew up in Seattle, Washington. He was a very clever boy. His favorite subjects at school were science and math. When he was 13, he started to play with computers. At that time, computers were large machines. Once he was very interested in a very old computer. When does music in public places become noise pollution?
You may like at least some kind of music. But the problem is that, in lots of places, you’re made to hear somebody else’s choice in music. Say you’ve just landed at an airport. At the airport, the “background” （背景）music may be played loudly.
