In the past, I used to eat a lot of junk food, hardly ever do some exercise. So I am very fat, and always get ill.

I began to realize it is important for us to keep healthy.

Now I hardly ever eat junk food. In my free time, I take part in many sports. Thus I became more and more healthy. But do you know the ways to keep us healthy? I think if you do as the following ways. You will be healthy as me.

First, we need to have healthy eating habits, we can eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit, but we’d better eat less meat.
