Helen is a middle school student. She has lots of good habits. She loves she loves sports and she exercises for half an hour every afternoon. She eats fruit and vegetables every day. At home， she often helps with housework. However， Helen has some bad habits. Sometimes she stays up late to watch or go online. And she eats junk food three or four times a week although she knows it’s bad for her health.
