I used to be very shy and had few friends. But I've changed a lot in middle school.

At the beginning of the new term, I tried to greet my classmates with a smile. Many

smiled back to me and then we started a talk easily. When my classmates were in trouble,

I tried to offer my help. Gradually, I made some good friends.

So I advise you to be friendly to your classmates and help them as much as you can.
