Where can you borrow a book? Of course in a library! But in Hefei, Anhui Province, you can also do it in some bookstores.
Ten bookstores in Hefei are doing a book-sharing program. With an app on the smart phone and a 99-yuan deposit, a reader can borrow up to 2 books from any one of the ten bookstores and keep them for up to 10 days for free.
