Madam, I didn’t make it. May I have ____...

Madam, I didn’t make it. May I have _________ second try?

A.a B.an C.the D./

I didn’t make it“我没有成功”,可知,是请求再试一次,固定搭配:不定冠词a/an+序数词,表示“再一”,second是以辅音音素开头的单词,所以空格处填a。故选A。
