Following the rule of "social distancing...

Following the rule of "social distancing" is probably well-known to us all now. It refers to staying away from crowded places to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Some companies are taking advantages of this by changing their logos.

Coca-Cola, for example, placed the letters of its famous brand further away from each other to show social distancing. The encouraging sentence "Today, being apart is the best way of being together." is printed below the logo. McDonald's Brazil has separated its famous arches(拱门)in a picture posted on its Facebook page. Other global companies, including Audi and Nike, have also posted similar logo changes online.

Although many people think this idea is creative, some believe it makes "social distancing " seem less serious. What do you think of it?

1.Some companies think changing logos can prevent the spread of COVID-19.

2.The following logo change of Coca-Cola is to show social distancing.

3.So far, more than three global companies have posted their logo changes online.

4.In some people's eyes, we're supposed to take "social distancing" seriously.

5.The logo of McDonald's has been changed worldwide like this picture to show social distancing.

The encouraging sentence "Today, being apart is the best way of being together." is printed below the logo.”可知,可口可乐的标志变化是为了显示社交距离。该项表述正确,故选A。 3. 细节理解题。根据第二段中“Coca-Cola, for example…McDonald's Brazil has separated its famous arches…Other global companies, including Audi and Nike, have also posted similar logo changes online.”可知,目前已经有超过三家跨国公司在网上发布了他们更换的标识。该项表述正确,故选A。 4. 细节理解题。根据第三段中“Although many people think this idea is creative, some believe it makes "social distancing " seem less serious.”可知,尽管很多人认为这个想法很有创意,但也有一些人认为它让“社交距离”看起来不那么严肃。该项表述正确,故选A。 5. 推理判断题。根据“McDonald's Brazil has separated its famous arches(拱门)in a picture posted on its Facebook page.”可知只是巴西的麦当劳把字母m给分开了,而不是全世界的麦当劳都如此。该项表述错误,故选B。
