Good living habits are important in our lives. They influence us in many ways. I think good living habits make me healthier.

I used to prefer meat to fruit or vegetables. But now I try all kinds of food. What’s more, I like sports, and I exercise for 30 minutes every day. Everyone needs sleep. I have eight to ten hours’ sleep at night. With enough sleep at night, I can be ready for school activities. In spare time I’d like to do some reading. It makes me feel relaxed.

I think my living habits are pretty healthy. Developing good living habits was quite difficult for me at the beginning, but now I am used to it and enjoy it. I look much stronger than before. I think it is good living habits that make me healthier and healthier.
