During the winter vacation, I worked as a volunteer at a nursing home every weekend. As a volunteer, I cleaned the room for the old people in the morning. What’s more, I read articles for them, which helped them learn what was going on at home and abroad. Most of the old people were weak, so I took them to take exercise. And we played interesting games together. The old people there were satisfied with my work.

My volunteer experience has shown that I can bring joy to old people. It has made me a more caring person. In a word, my work as a volunteer is extremely rewarding!
