As we can see, the environment around us is getting worse and worse. It is important for us to live a low-carbon life to protect the environment, not only for ourselves but also for our future generations.

Low-carbon living saves more energy. Thus it is environmentally-friendly. First, it is a good idea for us to go to school on foot or by bike as often as possible, which contributes to a cleaner environment. Second, remember to turn off the lights and other electrical appliances before leaving the room. Third, we’d better sort out the rubbish so as to recycle some, which surely benefits us a great deal. Fourth, saving paper also matters much.

It’s time that we should live a low-carbon life and everyone’s effort counts. Undoubtedly, this way of life is more economical, healthier and happier.
