Dear fellow students,

The foggy weather these days has caused widespread concern about air pollution.

Let us take immediate action to fight against air pollution.

Li Hua

Dear fellow students, The foggy weather these days has caused widespread concern about air pollution. There are more traffic accidents and more people are suffering from breathing problems because of the pollution. There are some reasons for air pollution in China. First of all, too many cars give off waste gas in the street. Second, a lot of fossil fuel like coal, petrol and natural gas is consumed in factories, which produces too much carbon dioxide. Besides, China has many smokers, who are making air pollution even worse. It is time for us to fight against air pollution. We had better walk or ride to school to reduce the consumption of fossil fuel.We should plant more trees to absorb poisonous gas in the air. Besides, it can help improve the air quality to persuade people around us to give up smoking. Second, a lot of fossil fuel like coal, petrol and natural gas is consumed in factories, which produces too much carbon dioxide.同时句中的连接词把各要点有效地串联成一个整体,如first of all, second, besides等。另外本文中的倡议书的格式使用很准确。 考点:考查半开放性作文

Dear Sally,

Now Id like to tell you something about my part-time job this summer vacation, of which I worked like a guide in a travel agency. The work was interesting but tired. I think it was helpful to work this holiday. It was the first time that I have earned money on my own. I’ve come to understand how hard my parents work to support for the family. I used to keep on ask them for money, but now I’ll never waste money and learn to share worry to my parents. I’ve learnt how to get along well with others. Whats worse, I’ve gained some working and social experience and I have learnt something cant be learnt from textbooks. All these will be good for my future. In the word, I had a wonderful and valuable summer vacation.

Consider these 4 habits:

1. Laugh in the middle of a busy day.

It’s 3 pm on a Sunday afternoon and you’re desperate to leave for school. On top of the homework, you’re running close to super important deadline. 2. Just take a moment to laugh. You should laugh more often, especially on a busy day.

2. Do not compare yourself to others.

Measure your own successes based on your progress and only yours. 3. No one is better than any one else.

Exercise can produce tons of feel-good hormones(荷尔蒙). 4. Feeding your body with whole and nutritious foods, on the other hand, can positively affect your body in both short and long term. Find time to schedule in a workout even if it’s only thirty minutes and do something you love. Eat well because foods can help you stay focused and more energized, and happier as a whole.

4. End each day with gratitude.

5. It might be something as small as a child’s laugh or something as huge as a praise from the headmaster. Whatever it is, be grateful for that day because it will never come again.

A. All of our lives are unique.

B. Surround you with people who matter.

C. Don’t blame everything not going your way.

D. Try to think you are better than anyone else.

E. Develop right habits to ensure we live a happy life.

F. These hormones can help avoid stress and depression.

G. Just before you go to bed, write down at least one wonderful thing that happened.
