Last week, our class had a discussion about whether middle schools should ban their students from using mobile phones on campus. Some students think mobile phones should be banned because it’s easy for them to get addicted to games and chatting, which may have a bad effect on their study. It’s a waste of time and money. However, other students think mobile phones should not be banned. It’s convenient for them to get in touch with their families with mobile phones and they feel safer especially in time of trouble. Besides, they can get various information which is good for their studies.

Mobile phones are very useful. But I don’t think we can use them freely in school
