Last Sunday morning, I was having a walk in the park near my home while I came across some people making a new film with one of my favorite actor. I didn’t have my camera with me at that time, but I rushed back home to get it. Unfortunate, by the time I got back, they had finished the scene and the actor couldn’t be seen everywhere. I was really disappointed and about to leave when he walked out a building. He were right there in the front of me! I couldn’t believe my lucknot only did I had my photo taken with her, but also he signed his name on my shirt!

1.while→when 2.actor→actors 3.but→and/so 4.Unfortunate→Unfortunately 5.everywhere→anywhere 6.out后加of 7.were→was 8.front前面的the去掉 9.had→have 10.her→him 【解析】 试题分析:本文叙述了作者在公园里散步时偶然遇到在这里拍电影的剧组,正好有自己最喜欢的演员,作者想和他合影,于是就回家拿来了相机。 1.while→when 此处并不表示动作的持续性,故将while改为when。 3.but→and/so 考查连词。 but表示转折;so表示前因后果,and表示并列。 walk out of a building从楼里走出来。 7.7】were→was 考查主谓一致。he是单数,故were改为was。 in the front of在某物的前面(指内部);in front of在某物的前面(指外部),这里表示在某人的前面,故去掉the。 not only ...but also放在句首时not only后的句子用倒装,因为前面已经有助动词did,故后面用动词原形have。 10.10】her→him 考查代词。

Real listening also means not just listening to words, but to tones of voice. _4.__

Finally, good talkers know well how to “say goodbye”. If you're saying goodbye, you may give him a firm handshake and say, “I've really enjoyed meeting you.” _5.__ Let people know what you feel, and they may walk away, happy and satisfied.

A. It's polite to listen to others with a smile.

If you want to become a fluent English speaker you should take some advice: There are four skills in learning English. They are reading, listening, speaking, and writing. The most important thing you must remember is that if you want to improve your speaking and writing skills you should first master the skills of reading and listening.

Read as much as you can. But your reading must be active. It means that you must think about the meaning of the sentence, the meaning of the unfamiliar words, etc. There is no need for you to pay much attention to grammars or try to understand all the unfamiliar words you come acrossbut the fact that you see them for the first time and recognize them whenever you see them, for example, in other passages or books, is enough. It would be better to prepare yourself a notebook so you can write down the important words or sentences in it.

As for listening, there are two choices: besides reading, you can listen every day for about 30 minutes. You can only pay attention to your reading and become skillful at your reading, then you can catch up on your listening. Since you have lots of inputs in your mind, you can easily guess what the speaker is going to say. This never means that you should not practice listening.

For listening you can listen to cartoons or some movies that are specially made for children. Their languages are easy. Or if you are good at listening you can listen to VOA or BBC programs every day. Again the thing to remember is being active in listening and preferably taking some notes.

If you follow these pieces of advice, your speaking and writing will improve automatically, and you can be sure that with a little effort they will become perfect.

1.According to the author, which should you improve first among the four skills?

2.The underlined phrase “come across” in the second paragraph can probably be replaced by “________

Aeveryone should listen to VOA or BBC programs every day

Byou needn't practice listening if you keep on reading every day

Cbeing good at reading is helpful in improving your listening

Dyou should take notes of whatever you are hearing

4.The passage is mainly about how to ________.
