Stamp collecting is easy when you do it as a hobby. You don’t have to spend a lot of money on it. Sometimes stamps can be got from many sources (来源) for free.
Getting Started

Sorting Stamps

Trimming(修剪)Stamps

First，trim the paper around the stamp with a pair of sharp scissors making sure not to cut off the edge of the stamps. I’m now writing to you at Hartsop，a village in the Lake District，a place to have most beautiful scenery(景色) in England，I come here to spend Christmas with an English couple. This was planned for overseas students to know the British ways of life by living with British families.
We came two days before Christmas and during our stay，we have had everything we expected：Christmas turkey，Christmas cake，Christmas puddings，Christmas parties and gifts under the Christmas tree.
