On August 8th this year, I went to France.Having just returned to England yesterday on December 10th，I thought some of the best and worst of life in France.

Of course everybody loves cheese and wine in France, but what I love most of all is the French style of dining. Compared to the people in the UK, people in France have shorter working hours and longer lunch breaks.While people in the UK are rushing out to buy a quick meal at lunchtime, the French are having leisure time in cafes.

The worst thing of all about France for me is the opening hours of shops! Shops in France are only open for a few hours a day because shopkeepers often take a four—hour lunch break! How could I get my shopping done? What’s more，for me, as a language learner, one of the most terrible things about France is that so many people speak English!
