Lab Wizards (Grades 2-3)
Abracadabra! Unlock the secrets of the wizarding world as you discover the science of real life magic. Explore chemistry as your teacher teaches you how to double boil a chocolate frog and discover the secret powers of eatable plants. Do you dare to try a worm-flavored candy? Make your own magical treats to share with your family.
Messy Science (Grades 4-5)
Prepare yourself for the messiest science that you have ever seen! Make soda rain from the sky, paint with bubbles, and test how far you can throw water balloons without them breaking. If it's wet, sticky, smelly or dirty, we'll find an experiment to get you elbow deep in the science of dirt.
Exhibit Design (Grades 6-8)
Now's your chance to create your own Science Center exhibit! A successful exhibit begins with a cool idea and requires careful planning with a balance of graphics, science content and hands-on materials. Meet an exhibit designer and tour our exhibits behind-the-scenes. Then, work with a team to design, build and display an exhibit model to burn curiosity about your big idea.
