Time management is a skill that any teen will need to learn to help him succeed. No matter how intelligent or skilled your teen is, he needs to be able to effectively manage his time to help him make the most of his potential. It hurts to think about children causing such violence as we have all seen on TV over the past few years, but the threat is very real and should be taken seriously.

NEW YORK—Gordon Parks, who experienced the struggles and victories of black America as a photographer for Life magazine and then became Hollywood's first major black director with " The Learning Tree" and the hit "Shaft," died Tuesday, his family said.
