Yours,

Li Hua

Dear Bob, How’s everything? It’s great to hear from you, and many thanks for what you have done for my English studies. You gave me much advice on how to improve my listening and writing skills, which helped me a lot. I practice every day, thus making rapid progress. To my great joy, I won the first prize in the English Writing Competition held last month in our school. However, I remain a bit weak in reading. I don’t think I have enough ability to understand long sentences and sometimes I do not seem to grasp the depth and content beyond the words. Would you mind giving me more help? Looking forward to your reply.
