Rope skipping is a sport suitable for people of all ages. People skip rope for fun and exercises.

Every student is able to learn to skip. You can skip alone and with your classmates. If you skip alone, you will need short rope about double the long of your height. You should turn the rope slowly so that you can skip safely. It might be help if you can sing a rhyme while skips. When you skip rope, your heart beats faster than usually and your body is stressful. Therefore, stop for a rest after you injure yourself.

I used to think visiting museums was boring. One day, I was taking to an art museum that there were a group of other kids. “Not having funs?” the guide whispered, watch my face. When I was the middle school student, I didn’t study English hard.As we all know that,it is important to learn English better. How I wish I had studied it hard then.With the college Entrance Examination draw near, I feel greatly stress and anxious. This semester the sports meeting hold in our school was unforgettable. Our class attended the opening parade, for that we had made a lot of preparations. Our parade took on the shape of the letter “V”, which indicated victory for them. To our excitement, our parade performance was great success. As usual, the games started before the opening parade. My classmates attended a lot of event such as running, high jump and long jump. Due to the hard training the athletes had done before, their performances were particular impressive. On the stand, we applauded and cheer for the athletes, some raise their cameras to capture the exciting moments. Finally, the result was announced. It was amazing that our class came first. Our efforts were paid off!

Each student are supposed to give a duty report in our English lessons. The report is usually delivered at beginning of the class. It was my turn to give one on last Friday. I spent a lot of time prepare for it in advance. However, as soon as I started to speak, I felt such nervous that I spoke in a low voice and in broken English.
