Nobody would like to experience failure. We all want to succeed. For those who have tried and failed, success seems difficult to understand. 1.

•Pick a goal and focus on it.
Choose one goal to start something large enough that will give you a sense of achievement, while adjusting well to your values. If you want to achieve your goal, focus is the key here. 3.If you perform many tasks at a time, you might never finish your projects because they will take far too long.
•Set a time for success.
Set a date for success. Know when you hope to realize your goal. 4.By setting a time limit, you are making the process realistic.

Failure can’t be avoided when you take risks. By its very definition, the desire to succeed means you are risking failure. Many people tend to give up far too early. Don’t fall into this trap! Use failure. Treat it as a good thing, and go on.

Global warming is the process of earth's atmosphere heating up. Over the last 100 years, the average temperature of earth's atmosphere has gone up 1 Fahrenheit. The weather has not changed exactly the same way in every area of the planet. But scientists think that the rise in average temperature is already affecting the earth, s climate.
Many scientists now believe that global warming is caused by cutting down trees, producing more trash, and polluting the environment are some of the that the temperature has gone up. Many scientists believe that the biggest causes of global warming are new human technologies that release greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
The greenhouse effect is not new. Certain gases in the atmosphere, like carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide and methane, prevent heat energy from escaping back into space. In the past, the climate didn’t change much because nature produced just the right amount of greenhouse gases to deal with it.
Today, most scientists are pretty sure that the rising temperature can,, t be blamed on nature. Ever since the industrial revolution in the 1700s, humans have relied on machines for daily life. And many of those machines give off a lot of greenhouse gases. An increase in the release of greenhouse gases from human activities is throwing nature off balance.
The climate is a very complicated thing, but many scientists agree that the rising atmospheric temperature has already damaged the environment. Sheets of ice, called glaciers, are melting in Antarctica and other parts of the globe. As glaciers break off and melt into the oceans, they are adding warm water to the oceans and causing the sea level to rise.
Over the past last 100 years, the sea level has risen 6-8 inches around the world. That means land along the coasts is beginning to disappear under water. Bigger and warmer oceans are also adding to other weather problems caused by pollution in the atmosphere. Some places have received more rain, others have had bigger storms and a few areas in the world have experienced unusual droughts.

Covering an area of over 400 square meters with a total of 112 seats，the X Future Restaurant is a robot restaurant opened in November 2018. The restaurant has amazed customers with its fully-automated（全自动的）technology，which covers every step of the dining experience，from ordering to cooking to serving the dishes and even taking payment.
Entering the restaurant，one can order dishes by simply scanning（扫描）the QR codes on the table. There are over 40 choices of dishes. After taking the order，“robot cooks”prepare dishes using fixed time，temperature and ingredients designed by famous Chinese cooks.
“As the cooking is controlled by a computer system，the taste and quality of dishes can be good，”said Li Xiaokui，manager of the X Future Restaurant.
Robots also complete the delivery of dishes. Without following any designed route，the robot waiters serve meals thanks to automated driving technology，which helps each robot timely change its route when something is in the way.
These eye-catching technologies have received wide praise from customers. "The dishes taste surprisingly good. I couldn't believe that they were made by robots，especially dishes that were difficult to cook” one customer said. "The application of robots has increased our efficiency（效率）and cut down our costs，"Li said，"I think robot restaurants will develop fast and have a bright future. ”

Primary school students in China started using new editions of their textbooks last September, with new illustrations(插图)to go with classic Chinese poems.
With the 110 classic poems for primary school students from Grade One to Six come one hundred illustrations painted by artist Huang Guoxiang of Wenzhou, Zhejiang province. The old version of Chinese was in use for more than 10 years. “Our aesthetic(美学的)tastes have changed. The illustrations in textbooks should keep up with that,” said Huang.
“An editor from People’s Education Press called me last September and asked whether I was interested –to create illustrations for three poems: Ode to Goose, Min Nong and Spring Dawn. I made it. After about 20 days, the publisher called me again and asked me to do all of them,” Huang said.
Huang also said he referred to the Chinese textbooks his son used previously before working on a new painting.
But he did not just create any ink paintings; Huang changed his style of painting a little bit for his young readers. Primary school students may not necessarily be attracted to traditional Chinese ink painting, as the stokes(笔画)tend to be thick and the colors dark. So he mixed ink painting with watercolor to make the pictures visually appealing to the young readers while fully expressing the meanings of classic poems.
“It’s not that difficult to illustrate a single poem. The hard part is: sometimes there are three poems on one page and the contents of these poems may change greatly, so it was difficult for me to express the feelings of all of them with one illustration. Sometimes I had to think with a bigger picture and create something that fits it all,” added Huang.
