Remembering names is an important social skill. Here are some ways to master it.
● Recite and repeat in conversation. When you hear a person’s name, repeat it.1.You could also repeat the name in a way that does not sound forced or artificial.
● Ask the other person to recite and repeat. 2.After you’ve been introduced to someone, ask that person to spell the name and pronounce it correctly for you. Most people will be pleased by the effort you’re making to learn their names.
● 3.Admitting that you can’t remember someone’s name can actually make people relaxed. Most of them will feel sympathy(同情) if you say, “I’m working to remember names better. Yours is right on the tip of my tongue. What is it again?”
● Use associations (联想). 4.For example, you could make a mental note: “ Vicki Cheng — tall, black hair.” To reinforce (强迫) your associations, write them on a small card as soon as possible.
● Limit the number of new names you learn at one time. When meeting a group of people, concentrate(全神贯注)on remembering just two or three names. 5.Few of the people in mass introductions expect you to remember their names. Another way is to limit yourself to learning just first names. Last names can come later.

When I was young, my mother didn't have the money to send me to school, but she thought it was important for me to keep up with education. So she decided to teach me extra lessons herself. But because she had to go to work, the only time she could do it was at 4:30 in the morning.
We need every one of you to develop your talents and your skills so that you can help us old folks solve our most difficult problems. If you quit(离开,放弃) on school-you' re not just quitting on yourself , you 're quitting on your country. No one's written your destiny(命运) for you ,because you write your own destiny. You make your own future. That's why today I 'm calling on each of you to set your own goals for your education and do everything you can to meet them. Your goal can be something as simple as doing all your homework, paying attention in class, or spending some time reading a book.
But whatever you decide to do , I want you to commit to(使致力于) it. I want you to really work at it. I know that sometimes you get that sense from TV that you can be rich and successful without any hard work-that your ticket to success is through rapping or basketball or being a reality TV star. No one's born being good at all things. You become good at things through hard work. You're not a good athlete the first time you play a new sport. You don't hit every note the first time you sing a song. You've got to practice.

My friend’s grandfather came to America from a farm in Thailand. After arriving in New York, he went into a cafeteria(自助餐厅) in Manhattan to get something to eat. He sat down at an empty table and waited for someone to take his order. Of course nobody did. Finally, a woman with a big plate full of food came up to him. She sat down opposite him and told him how a cafeteria worked.
“Start out at that end,” she said, “Just go along the line and choose what you want. At the other end they’ll tell you how much you have to pay.”
“I soon learned that’s how everything works in America,” the grandfather told my friend later, “Life’s a cafeteria here. You can get anything you want as long as you want to pay the price. You can even get success, but you’ll never get it if you wait for someone to bring it to you. You have to get up and get it yourself.”

It is aimed at promote instant communication among people with voice messaging, text messaging, photo sharing, etc. Beside, it provides a chance for the users to share their wonderful stories in the life and make many new friends. Personal, I think WeChat make life easier because we can save money used the Internet-based application and the multimedia communication enables us to share more with our friends. However, we should spend too much time on it, that may bring negative effects on our life and study if we become WeChat-addicted.
