Long plane trips can be tiring. Luckily, there are things you can do both during and after a long flight that can help reduce (减轻) your discomfort.
During the flight

It was a rainy day and I was walking down the street feeling comfortable and happy. The octopus mother lays(下蛋) about 50,000 eggs. For about 300 days, she stays with the eggs, cleans them and protects them. She does not leave to feed. However, this animal mom dies as soon as the eggs are hatched(孵化).
