With the improvement of our living standard, more and more people have realized the close connection between food and health.

However, not all of us are aware of the importance of a healthy diet. Instead of healthy food, they prefer food high in fat and calories. As a result, many of them are gaining weight. What’s worse, a majority of them are suffering from illnesses due to overweight.

Therefore, it is high time that we should attach importance to keeping a balanced diet. The best choices are food which contains protein, vitamins, such as various vegetables, fruits , milk and so on. More importantly, say no to junk food, which does great harm to our health. In the meanwhile , do keep a good diet habit. We’d better have meals regularly. Don’t be particular about food so that you can absorb enough nutrition.

As far as I'm concerned, developing a good diet habit is vital to keep healthy. Only in this way can we keep fit and have enough energy to devote ourselves to study.
