    President Bush got a firsthand look at the heavily damaged Pentagon complex (五角大楼), where a hijacked (被劫持的) American Airlines Flight 77 crashed and exploded on Tuesday morning. First lady Laura Bush, visited doctors, nurses and victims of the attack at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

    Ellen Parker was worried about her health. She could not walk very quickly and it was difficult for her to climb stairs.
