Former Starbucks Chairman and CEO Howard Schultz grew up in a poor family in New York City. As a child, he could hardly dream about starting an international business. The Environmental Protection Agency's goal is to reduce food waste by 50% by 2030. It's an extreme goal. However, the change starts at home and luckily there are countless easy ways to help.
