Easy way to get healthyI always hate the first few weeks of the New Year, mostly because people all say, “Let’s diet! It’s a new year!“You can always choose to switch it up!1.Here are some simple ways to get your health on all year round.Switch out bad habits for good ones.2.Do something as simple as swapping nighttime cookies for nighttime vitamins.Catch some sleep. One of the most important things we can do for our minds and bodies is to make sure we’re getting enough sleep on a regular schedule.3.Feed your mind. Keep your mind smart. Start a new hobby, read a book about something you don’t understand— and so on.4.I’m not suggesting you take on a new sport. But taking the stairs, parking farther away, and finding a hobby you enjoy will allow you to be active.Get organized. I’m not saying a whole repair of your entire world; start small. Organize a kitchen cabinet. Purge(清除) yourself of stuff you don’t need.Get rid of the mess. That means your mind is included too! Make lists. Get a calendar and mark down important days. Clear your mind and your home.5..Smile. Overlook some of the bad things that are going on in your life, and focus on the good. Staying positive can help in nearly every aspect of your life! Chang your activity.
A.Change your activity up.
B.Try exercising your brain too.
C.You’ll find it improves your mood.
D.You are the one to improve yourself.
E.It’s time to take charge of your health!
F.Sounds boring, I know, but trust me—sleep is amazing for you.
G.Smart small, and don’t plan to change your entire life in a week.
What should you think about in trying to find your career? You are probably better at some school subjects than others. These may show strengths that you can use in your work. A boy who is good at mathematics can use that in an engineering career. A girl who spells well and likes English may be good at office work. So it is important to do well at school. On the other hand, you may not have any specially strong or weak subjects but your records show a general satisfactory standard. Although not all subjects can be used directly in a job, they may have indirect value. Knowledge of history is not required for most jobs but if history is one of your good subjects you must have learned to remember facts and details. This is an ability that can be useful in many jobs.
Your school may have taught you skills, such as typing or technical drawing, which you can use in your work. You may be good at metal work or cookery (烹饪术) and look for a job where you can improve these skills.
If you have had a part-time job on weekends or in the summer, think what you gained from it. If nothing else, you may have learned how to get to work on time, to follow instructions and to get on with older workers. You may have learned to give correct change in a shop, for example. Just as important, you may become interested in a particular industry or career you see from the inside of a part-time job.
Facing your weak points is also part of knowing yourself. You may be all thumbs when you handle tools; perhaps you are a poor speller or cannot add up a column of figures. It is better to face any weaknesses than to pretend they do not exist. Your school record, for instance, may not be too good, yet it is an important part of your background. You should not be ashamed of it but instead recognize that you will have a chance of a fresh start at work.

C.is a good way to earn extra money
D.is a must to experience various jobs
3.If a student’s school record is not good, he __________.
A.must regret not having worked harder at school
B.will be a failure in his future work sooner or later
C.may do well in his future work if he chooses the right career

A hobby is any activity a person likes to do in his spare time. So those who get busy in their activity never get bored in their free time. Hobbies vary from person to person. Hobbies are of different kinds. They can be indoors or outdoors. Some are costly and some are cheap. Pursing a particular hobby is a matter of personal choice.
My favorite hobby is coin collection. It is also one of the oldest hobbies of the world and is also called “hobby of the Kings”, as in the old times, it was only done by kings and elite(精英)class of the society. It started for me some years back when my father used to come back from his foreign tours and give me coins of different countries. I started collecting then in my money box and after that I always used to wait for my new coins as much I used to wait for my father.
Since then, it has become my favorite hobby. This hobby has given me information about different countries of the world. I have got to know about important personalities of the different countries.
This hobby has made me be responsible to take care of important things at very young age. I have learnt dealings of different currencies(货币)on my foreign tours and save money for my favorite hobby.
