M: Karen, I heard you’re looking for work. What about teaching physics in my school? We’re looking for some physics teachers now.

W: Are you kidding me? I don’t have a physics degree or physics education. How can I do this job well?

M: Well, it’s really hard to find physics teachers in the state now. Don’t you know that many high school physics teachers in the US don’t have a physics degree or physics education? Two of my colleagues have no physics degree, either.
