In the past, I seldom had breakfast. Instead, I ate too much fast food. I watched TV and played computer games so much that they had a bad effect on my health. This made me feeluncomfortable from time to time.

But now I have changed a lot. I have a healthy diet, and it provides me with enoughenergy./I eat more fruit and vegetables instead of meat and sweets, and it keeps me healthy. I get up early and go to bed early./Because I have enough sleep, I feel active and energetic all day. Every day I do exercise for half an hour.
