Although they taste delicious, they don't have enough nutrients. Bread, rice, fruit, or vegetables, are the common examples of the healthy food. They have a large amount of nutrients which provide you energy, and keep you away from diseases.

Anyway, we should eat a healthy diet. we should eat healthy food and have good eating habits, which mean we should eat the food on time and the food should be good for our health.
