With the College Entrance Examination drawing near as a senior year student, you may have so many pressure coming from so many directions that you cant figure out what to do first.

Balancing goals in life

When you have many things to do and a lot of demands on your time, you can lose sight of what’s important. One of the best ways to see the big picture—1.—is to lay out your goals.

Pressure Points and How to Deal with Them

Confused or overwhelmed- talk to someone you trust. 2.. They may help you find solutions to your problems and worries

Being too hard on yourself - ease up, take a break and do something you enjoy. Daydream, read a book, go out with friends—anything that helps you relax.

Problems, problems, problems—recognize your limits. It’s too stressful to try to deal with all your problems at once. 3..

4.

It’s important to remember that goals belong to you—not to your parents, your teachers, or your friends. After you’re set your goals, identify the skills you have to achieve those goals. If you’re not sure what skills you’ll need, do some research. Try the library, your guidance adviser and teachers, and other people who could help you.

Goals exist to serve you. If your goal is something you no longer want, change it. Identify the barriers to getting your goals. 5.. Don’t get depressed by a big, long-term goal—see what steps you can take to achieve it and set those steps down as short-term, “do-able” goals.

A. Goal-Setting Tips

B. Consider ways to overcome them

C. what you want out of life

D. Choose what’s most urgent and set aside the rest until later

E. Discuss your concerns with a friend, parent or teacher

F. As long as you know what skill is important and what isn’t

G. Too much to do

“How can we live longer?” many people wonder. Being sociable looks like a good way to add years to your life. Relationships with family, friends, neighbors, even pets, will all do the trick, but the biggest longevity (长寿) boost seems to come from marriage or an equal relationship. The effect was first noted in 1858 by William Farr, who wrote in 1858 by William Farr, who wrote that widows and widowers (鳏夫) were at a much higher risk of dying than their married peers. Studies since then suggest that marriage could add as much as seven years to a man’s life and two to a woman’s, The effect holds for all causes of death, whether illness, accident or self-harm.

Even though the odds are stacked against you (the conditions are not favourable to you), marriage can more than compensate. Linda Waite of the University of Chicago has found that a married older man with heart disease can expect to live nearly four years longer than an unmarried man with a healthy heart. Likewise, a married man who smokes more than a pack a day is likely to live as long as a divorced man who doesn’t smoke. There’s a less pleasant

side, however, as partners are more likely to become ill or die in the couple of years following their spouses; death, and caring for a spouse with mental disorder can leave you with some of the same severe problems. Even so, the odds favour marriage. In a 30-year study of more than 10,000 people, Nicholas Christakis of Harvard Medical School describes how all kinds of social networks have similar effects.

So how does it work? The effects are complex, affected by socioeconomic factor, health-service provision, emotional support and other more physiological mechanisms (机制). For example, social contact can boost development of the brain and immune system, leading to better health and less chance of depression later in life. People in supportive relationships may handle stress better. Then there are the psychological benefits of a supportive partner.

A life partner, children and good friends are all recommended if you aim to live to 100. The best social network is still being mapped out, but Christakis says: “People are interconnected so their health is interconnected.”

1.William Farr’s study and other studies show that ________.

A. social life provides an effective cure for illness

B. being sociable helps improve one’s quality of life

C. women benefit more than men from marriage

D. marriage contributes a great deal to longevity

2.What does the underlined word “compensate” in the second paragraph probably mean?

A. pay money B. provide something had

C. help recover D. increase damage

3.What does the author say about social network?

A. They have effects similar to those of a marriage.

B. They help develop people’s community spirit.

C. They provide timely support for those in need.

D. They help relieve people of their life’s burden.

4.What can be inferred from the last paragraph?

A. It’s important that we develop a social network when young.

B. To stay healthy, one should have a proper social network.

C. Getting a divorce means risking a reduced life span.

D. We should share our social networks with each other.

They’re in restaurants, hotels and homes all over the world. The saltwater aquarium, with its colour fish, bring a piece of the wild into your living room.

But do you really know where those saltwater fish come from? A full 97 percent, yes, almost all kinds of saltwater fish can’t be bred in captivity (人工养殖). They must instead be taken from the ocean. And how is that done?

Most of the time, with sodium cyanide, it is a harmful chemical compound that many fish collectors in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia use to catch fish. They mix it with water and use it on the fish. Stunned, the fish can then be easily caught.

What does cyanide do to the fish? There is a scientific study on cyanide’s effects. When there is cyanide in water, fish lose their balance and have difficulty breathing. Some fish simply die then and there. Many, many more die on the way to captivity.

Although cyanide fishing in the Philippines, Sir Lanka, and Indonesia is not allowed, it sill happens too often. According to the World wildlife Fund, up to 90 percent of the saltwater fish that enter the US each year are caught this way. The Center for Biological Diversity is calling on the US government to avoid these imports.

“Compared to many environmental problems now facing the world’s oceans, this is one that can easily be solved,” said Nicholas Whipps of the Center. “Because the US is such a powerful market player in this industry, the responsibility to stop this practice falls largely on the United State’ shoulders.”

In the Philippines, private planes bring in cyanide to the fisherman and then take away the live fish. Live fish give the fisherman a better life than dead ones, so more and more fishermen have turned from supplying the fish-for-food trade to the fish-for-aquariums trade.

The Center for Biological Diversity hopes the government will use the law to turn away cyanide-caught fish and persuade people to buy those only raised in captivity.

1.What can we lean about cyanide fishing?

A. It is within the law. B. It is the main reason why fish die.

C. It brings death to many fish. D. It causes health problems for fishermen.

2.A fish collector can easily catch saltwater fish when ________.

A. they become sick B. they are swimming in cyanide-filled water

C. they consider cyanide as food D. they get out of breath while trying to escape

3.The underline word “this” in Paragraph 6 refers to _________.

A. importing fish from foreign countries B. using private planes to carry fish

C. overfishing in the ocean D. catching fish with cyanide

4.What does the Center want Americans to do?

A. Say no to cyanide-caught fish. B. Keep cyanide fishing.

C. Stay away from the harmful cyanide. D. Raise more fish in captivity.

When he was young, Louis Armstrong was taking what was called “Creole jazz”, which was also called dance music, and combining it with trumpeter (小号手) Buddy Bolden, to create what would eventually become today’s jazz.

Armstrong accomplished that with almost no formal training. He received little training before he was placed in the New Orleans Colored Waif’s Home at the age of 12, after a run-in (小争执) with the police. The punishment turned out to be a mixed blessing, for he also had the opportunity to play in a real band.

While at the Waif’s, Armstrong also got the chance to hear some of the city’s finest musicians. Cornetist Freddie Keppard performed in a nearby club. So did trumpeter and bandleader, King Joe Oliver, who took the boy under his wing and taught him how to read music and work on his playing technique.

When Oliver left for Chicago, Armstrong chose to stay in New Orleans and work with some of the other top musicians of the day. In Chicago, King Oliver offered him a place in his band in 1922. It became Armstrong’s biggest challenge yet — the band had no parts written for trumpet, so he was forced to listen to King Oliver and improvise (即兴创作).

Soon, Armstrong’s undeniable talent was getting notice. Even classically trained musicians would come to hear the incredible sounds this young man created.

Lil Hardin, the bands piano player and the future Mrs. Armstrong, explains that Oliver kept Armstrong in the second trumpet-chair so that Oliver would still be “King”. Hardin convinced him to leave the band.

Armstrong moved to New York City in 1924 to join Fletcher Henderson’s band and then flew solo. In 1925, Armstrong put together the Hot Five, expanding his popularity even more. Armstrong recorded his first composition, Cornet Chop Suey, one of the most copied jazz solos of all time. This monumental 1928 recording blends (混合) artistry, endurance and showmanship that has rarely, if ever, been matched in Jazz.

1.What does the underlined word “that” refer to in the second paragraph?

A. To play dance music.

B. To work with Buddy Bolden.

C. To create modem jazz music.

D. To play a jazz instrument well.

2.Who taught Louis Armstrong how to play music in the early time?

A. Buddy Bolden. B. Lil Hardin.

C. Cornetist Freddie Keppard. D. King Joe Oliver.

3.Why did Louis Armstrong Leave King Oliver’s band?

A. Because he wanted to get married in New York.

B. Because the man forced him to leave the band.

C. Because he got a better opportunity in New York.

D. Because his talent could not develop completely.

4.What’s the main idea of the passage?

A. It asks readers to know more about modern jazz.

B. It introduces one of the greatest jazz musicians.

C. It introduces the development of jazz.

D. It describes the importance of talent in playing jazz.

The benefits of Keeping a journal

If you want to grow, one important thing you should do is keeping a journal. It may seem simple, but it can make a big difference in your life. I have been keeping journals for years. Writing all the lessons I learn and all the ideas I get has become a habit for me. 1. Here are some benefits you will get by keeping a journal.

It prevents you from losing an idea. Have you ever gotten an idea only to lose it later because you didn’t write it down? 2. But then I developed the habit of writing down every idea that came into my mind as soon as possible. If I’m away from my computer, I usually write it down on a piece of paper that I bring wherever I go. I will then transfer the idea to the journal in my computer.

It helps you review all the lessons you’ve learned. By reviewing your journal, you can quickly see the lessons you’ve learned and the ideas you’ve gotten. 3. You can use the ideas to propel (鞭策) yourself forward.

4. After keeping a journal for years, you can look back at it and see how far you’ve gone. Things that were big problems in the past might seem small today. The raw ideas you had in the past might have been realized today.

It helps you expand your ideas. When you try to come up with a sentence to express an idea, you are thinking actively about it. 5. In the end, you will expand your ideas.

AI often experienced that myself.

BIt trains you to express your thoughts.

CIt allows you to see your progress over time.

DJust use whatever tool you feel comfortable with.

E. Thinking actively helps you connect your idea to another idea.

F. And to be honest, I can’t imagine what my life would be like without it.

G. Then you can do whatever necessary to avoid repeating the same mistakes.

The British are known for their sense of humor. However, it is often difficult for foreigners to understand their jokes. The main point to remember is that the British often use understatement.

Understatement means saying less than you think or feel. For example, if someone gets very wet in a shower of rain, he might say, “It’s a little damp (潮湿的) outside.” Or, if someone is very impolite and shouts at another person, someone else might say, “She isn’t exactly friendly.” Understatement is often used in unpleasant situation or to make another person look silly. Understatement plays an important part in British humor.

Another key to understanding British humor is that the British like to make fun of themselves as well as others. They often laugh about the silly and unpleasant things that happen to our everyday life when someone accidentally falls over in the street. They also like to make jokes about people from different classes of society. They like to make jokes about their accents, the way they dress and the way they behave. What’s more, the British love to watch comedies (喜剧) about people who do not know how to behave in society. The comedies series Mr. Bean is a good example of this kind of humor.

Mr. Bean is the character created by British actor Rowan Atkinson in 1990. Mr. Bean doesn’t talk often, and instead he uses his body movement and facial expressions to make people laugh. Perhaps what makes Mr. Bean so funny is that he does things that adults in the real world cannot do. Mr. Bean is popular in many countries around the world because you do not have to speak English to understand the humor. Because of this, many people have become familiar with the British sense of humor.

1.Why is it difficult for foreigners to understand British jokes?

A. The British often enlarge the fact.

B. British jokes are connected with many different cultures.

C. British jokes are not as funny as jokes in other countries.

D. The British try to make out that something is less important than it is.

2.The author explains understatement by _______.

A. describing a process B. making comparisons

C. following time order D. using examples

3.Mr. Bean makes laugh by ______.

A. using his body movement and facial expressions

B. making jokes about others’ accent

C. copying how others behave

D. telling funny stories

4.What can be the best title for the text?

A. British Humor in Comedy B. Humor in Different Cultures

C. Understanding British Humor D. Developing Your Sense of Humor

Internet time tied to teen depression(抑郁) symptoms

Spending time online is normal behaviour for teenagers. But too much Internet use by teens —or too little, for that matter —might be related to depression, a new study finds.

The findings, reported in the journal of Pediatrics, do not mean that the Internet is to blame. For one, teens in the study who spent no time online were also at increased risk of depression symptoms. Instead, the researchers say that both heavy Internet use, and non-use, could serve as signals that a teenager is having a hard time.

For the study, Dr Pierre-Andre Michaud and his colleagues at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, surveyed 7,200 individuals aged 16 to 20 about their Internet use.

Those who were online more than two hours per day were considered “heavy” Internet users, while those online anywhere from several times per week to two hours per day were considered “regular” users.

The teenagers also answered a number of health-related questions, including some standard questions about "depressive tendencies” that gauge(判定) how often a person feels sad or hopeless. Compared with regular Internet users, the study found, kids who were heavy users or non-users were more likely to be depressed or very depressed.

Among male teens, heavy users and non-users were both around one-third more likely to have a high depression score, compared to “regular” users. Among girls, heavy Internet users had an 86 percent greater chance of depression, while non-users had a 46 percent greater likelihood compared to regular users.

That was with factors like family income and any chronic health problems taken into account.

Since teenagers typically go online to contact with friends, the researchers speculate(推测) that those who are never online may be more socially isolated.

1.How long are those who are online per day considered “heavy” Internet users?

A. More than two hours. B. More than eight hours.

C. More than twelve hours. D. More than ten hours.

2.What’s the purpose of Dr Michaud and his colleagues’ study?

A. To know the actual number of teenagers online.

B. To know the actual time of teenagers online.

C. To know the influence of study online on teenagers.

D. To know the relationship between the Internet use and depression.

3.What’s the meaning of the underlined word “isolated” in the last paragraph?

A. Independent B. United

C. Separated. D. Capable.

4.According to the accounts of the sixth paragraph, what can we conclude?

A. Non-users of Internet aren’t likely to be depressed.

B. Among girls, heavy Internet users are more likely to suffer depression than regular users.

C. Heavy users will lead to death unless limited.

D. Non-users have more possibility to be depressed than heavy users.

Pay more, and you get unexpected results.

● Give what you can

You clean out your closets, right? Perfect. You don’t need a half a million dollar check written out to your charity of choice to help someone. Maybe you have a few shirts you don’t wear anymore or a few children’s books you can bear to part with. The thing about giving a little is that when everyone gives a little, suddenly it turns into a lot. 1.

2.

In a world where smart phones rule and it’s not just possible, but normal, to have entire conversations without ever looking someone in the eye, it can be exciting and wonderful to lock eyes with someone grinning. Happiness is contagious, and it only takes a couple facial muscles to spread it.

● Use please and thank you

Not to sound like your grandmother (go ahead and sit still!), but the smallest ways to show your thanks are these little words. They take zero effort to say, but the impact is huge. Aren’t you thankful someone held the door for you when your hands were full? 3.!

4.

This is the best kind of multitasking! Whenever you get a little, give a little. There’s a couple ways to finish: You can do it yourself (donating an older shirt when you pay for a new shirt, etc), or support companies that are passionate, good-hearted (really fun) do-gooders. Doesn’t it get much better than that, does it?

● Get in touch. Then listen

Maybe a grandparent is eating at the bit to hear about your adventures, or maybe an old friend had a really bad day, maybe your mom wishes youd ring her up more often. 5.. You’re member that your iPhone can make calls, right? Get in touch with those people that are dying to hear from you (because someone indeed is). Then, ask: How are you doing? What’s new? These questions have such few syllables, but their depth is endless.

A. Tell them

B. Get on the line

C. Give when you get

D. Be a part of that lot

E. Support someone else

F. Smile with eye contact

G. Start building your wings

Whether you’re on a long road trip or stuck in traffic while driving home from work, a low phone battery (电池) could mean disaster for the bored driver. At first, it may seem harmless to plug your phone into your car’s USB port. But unless you’re desperate, charging your phone in your car might be a big mistake.

Why? First, the USB port in your vehicle probably provides less electricity than your phone really needs to charge. As a result, your phone might stop working while it charges, or worse—hardly charge at all.

Brad Nichols, a technician at Staymobile, told Reader’s Digest. “This is mostly due to the fact the phone is using more power than the car charger is supplying it.”

Nichols also says that your phone could receive too much power, especially if you’re using a “Cigarette Lighter” port to charge up. Most Cigarette Lighters can supply up to 10 amps (安培)while most chargers use one to three amps. A damaged charger can provide inconsistent power to the phone, leading to sudden power increase that could cause damage to the inside parts, or on the rare occasion, destroy it.

Charging your phone while on the road could use up your car’s battery, too. If your engine is off, but you still use the radio—the phone will draw power from your car’s battery as it charges. This usually isn’t a big deal for those who own new cars with healthy batteries Nichols says. But if your car is an older model, you might want to avoid charging your phone through its USB port.

Most importantly, its not safe to use your phone while operating a vehicle. “Anytime a person’s hands leave the wheel or eyes leave the road, it becomes very dangerous for them and the other people around them,” Nichols says. Bottom line: Play it safe, and wait until you get home to plug in.

It’s common knowledge that there are many benefits to being fit, but one large new study found that skipping out on the gym is practically the worst thing you can do for your health. In fact, the study claims not exercising might be more harmful to your health than smoking.

New findings, published Friday in the journal JAMA Network Open, detail how researchers at the Cleveland Clinic studied 122,007 patients from 1991 to 2014, putting them under treadmill (跑步机) testing and later recording death rates. Researchers found a clear connection between a longer, healthier life and high levels of exercise. The report calls for health care professionals to encourage patients to achieve and continue a strong and healthy fitness routine.

Although it is widely understood that an active lifestyle can lead to a healthy life, the study concludes that a lifestyle which involves much sitting but little activity is equal to having a major disease and the simplest cure is exercise.

Dr Wael Jaber, co-author of the study, called the results totally surprising. “Being unfit on a treadmill or in an exercise stress test has a worse prognosis (病情预断), as far as death, than being a smoker or suffering from high blood pressure,” Jaber told CNN. “We’ve never seen something as noticeable as this and as objective as this.”

The study also took a look at the risk of being overactive and found that extreme exercisers do not face higher risk of death: the research found that the more a person exercises the lower their death rates.

1.Which of the following best explains “skipping out on” in paragraph 1?

A. keeping away from B. running in

C. jumping out of D. smoking inside

2.What do we know from the new findings?

A. An active lifestyle can lead to a healthy life.

B. The simplest cure for a major disease is exercise.

C. A person unfit on a treadmill is less likely to die.

D. One’s life span is related to the level of exercise.

3.What does Jaber think of the research results?

A. Impossible. B. Amusing.

C. Unbelievable. D. Uncertain.

4.What conclusion can we draw from the last paragraph?

A. Too much exercise will be no good.

B. A low death rate depends on an active lifestyle.

C. Extreme exercise is more harmful for health.

D. The rise of death rate is related to exercise.

The Chicago Fine Chocolate Show took place in November. Pastry chefs (面包师) from around the country handed out samples of their very best work. Chef Scott Green, a chocolate sculptor, impressed the attendees at the show. Not only did he bring his work for all to seebut he also made chocolate sculptures right then and there.

Green talked to TFK about his job as a chocolate sculptor. He explained that he thinks of himself as an artist who just happens to work with chocolate rather than wood or stone. “I hive been around chocolate so long that it isn’t chocolate anymore,” he said. To learn more about the job of a chocolate sculptor, read on.

TFK: What was the hardest thing that you have ever carved, and what was it made of?

GREEN: In 2017, I did the U.S. Pastry Championship, and I had to carve ft castle out of white chocolate for the competition. I didn’t have a lot of experience, and white chocolate is hard to carve. That was the hardest thing I have ever carved.

TFK: How long does it take to make an average sculpture?

GREEN: For me, it takes a couple of days. Most of that time is getting all the pieces ready. The easiest part is gluing it all together. Chocolate is used for glue. It holds together very well.

TFK: How much chocolate do you use per sculpture?

GREEN: It depends on the sculpture. For a show piece, I maybe use 20 to 60 pounds of chocolate. You have to be really strong to lift it. I always ask for help.

TFK: Is it easier to work with sugar or chocolate?

GREEN: They are very different. Generally speaking, it is easier to work with chocolate. Chocolate likes being poured into molds (模具), and it sets at room temperature. Sugar is much more fragile. It is very hot when you work with it and not as easy.

A. Chocolate is very delicious.

B. Green has become tired of chocolate.

C. Green didn’t work with chocolate anymore.

3.What can we infer from the text?

A. Gluing chocolate is difficult.

B. Green can’t raise his sculptures by himself in most cases.

C. It is more difficult to work with Chocolate than with sugar.

D. Green did well at the 2017 U.S. Pastry Championship.

When I was a kid, I loved reading history, science fiction, detective stories, but especially comics. I had piles of them and kept talking my Dad into making more shelves for me. One day, I read about a 13-year-old boy who had actually written one of my favorite comics, Legion of Super-Heroes, and I said, “I can do that too.” That year, I was two years younger than the writer.

Three years later, a friend and I started our own fan magazine about comics. It became the first place that regularly told people when their favorite comics were coming out and writers and artists were working on them. Because of the magazine, I won the awards for The Comic Reader, but more important, it got many of the people in the field to know who I was.

One day when I was visiting DC Comics for news for my next issue, one of the editors a chance to write text for his comic. Suddenly, at 16, I was getting paid to write.

I was able to pay for my college classes working as an assistant editor at DC Comics and learned how to write comics stories while I was there. I wrote hundreds of stories. Over the years, I worked as an editor and an executive (主管) for the company, eventually serving as a president and publisher, until earlier this year. Now I’m back to my first love, writing comics again.

Every morning, I open my e-mail and find pages of art sent in by artists across the country who draw my stories. When I’m tired of working on the stories, I can go online and find my readers commenting on my stories or telling me when I make mistakes.

Keep reading and writing, it’s a wonderful way to live.

1.At what age did the author win the awards for The Comic Reader?

A. 13 B. 14.

One is Wellman, his legs were permanently injured nine years before in a rock-climbing accident. The other is Corbett. He is a experienced rock climber. Together with, they climbed up Half Domethe famous 2,000-foot rock in the Yosemite National Park.

However, their climb of Half Dome is not all smooth. At one point, pieces of rock gave way, but Corbett dropped down quickly. Wellman locked their rope in place, stopping the fall at 20 feet. Her quick action probably saved his friend life.

Please wear loose clothing, mostly cotton. It is obvious that wearing clothing that is loose rather than tight is welcomed in summer. 1.. This carries away the warmth that your body produces and allows cooler air to flow back in.

2.. When it’s really hot out, materials that “breathe” — allowing the flow of air through the fabric (衣料) itself — also work to keep you cool. Cotton and linen are among the most breathable fabricsso look for clothes made of those substances.

Your body controls its temperature via a small peanut-shaped section of the brain known as the hypothalamus (下丘脑). 3.. It turns the temperature up or down based on various factors — such as how cold or hot the skin is.

Certain parts of the skin have a larger influence than others. 4.. They get their name because you can feel your pulse there, and the reason you can do that is because vessels are so close to the edge of your skin that one can easily hear or feel the flow of blood.

When you want to lower your body temperature, cooling those pulse points with cold water or ice sends a signal to the brain that says, “Turn cold.” 5.. Focus on pulse points that are easy to reach: the insides of your wrists, the area around your temple, and your neck. Holding an ice pack or even a cold washcloth against the skin on these regions will make your entire body feel cooler.

Hundreds of children are being treated for sleep problems in Wales every year. In some cases, babies, infants and teenagers have been admitted to hospital while in north Wales alone.

The Children’s Sleep Charity said many children were suffering from lack of sleep mainly because of technology use. Public Health Wales said sleep was as important to a child’s health as healthy eating and exercise, and children with poor sleep patterns were more likely to be fat.

Statistics obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by BBC Wales found at least 408 children have been admitted to hospitals across Wales suffering from sleep disorders since March 2013.

Children aged between 0 and4 made up the highest number of inpatients (住院病人), with some newborns being treated for sleep-related problems from the day of birth.

Vicki Dawson, who set up the Children’s Sleep Charity (CSC), said sleepless nights were putting both children and parents in anxiety. “Their weight and growth may also be affected as well as their mental health,” she said.

Teachers said children showing signs of sleep shortage and tiredness in class were a concern as they couldn’t concentrate for long periods.

Psychologist Amy McClelland, of Sleep Wales, said a common problem was children being “over excited” and “not having the chance to relax property” before bed and families should get back to basics. “Think 1950s family home. Dinner as a family, read, chat, a film maybe, lights off and then bed.” She added.

1.What’s the main reason why children are short of sleep?

A. Less exercise. B. Eating habits.

C. Sleep patterns. D. Technology use.

2.Who are the majority of the inpatients with sleep-related disorders?

A. Teenagers. B. Infants.

C. Teachers. D. Parents.

3.What can we infer from what Amy McClelland said?

A. Relaxation has a bad effect on children.

B. Chatting and films make children sleep more.

C. Being too excited is good for sleep habits.

D. It is difficult for children to read before bed.

4.What is the best title for the text?

A. Ways to Treat Sleep Problems B. Sleep Habits of Welsh Children

C. Sleep Problems of Welsh Children D. The Problems of Welsh Children
